Amber Pearson is a passionate educator and early literacy advocate who believes less is more when it comes to impactful change. She has helped transform schools from those performing in the bottom five percent under ESSA to top performers, goal makers, and even Blue Ribbon Award winners.
Her expertise spans elementary, middle, and high schools of all sizes, from rural, multi-grade classrooms to the largest districts in the state. She has worked with schools across the U.S., Korea, and Okinawa, helping build leadership teams, PLCs, and high-impact instructional practices. Whether supporting struggling schools or helping high-achieving schools overcome a “stuck point,” Amber provides clear, research-driven strategies that drive measurable growth.
One universal truth guides her work: kids are kids, no matter where you go. The real challenge isn’t resources, it’s staying focused and cutting through the “politics of distraction.”
When she’s not working with schools, Amber and her husband moonlight as professional Uber drivers for their kids and their many sports teams, shuttling athletes to games and cheering them on every step of the way. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she loves backpacking, camping, live music, and the simple things in life like sunrises and a good cup of coffee.
